Online Registration and Payments
You can register and make payments online using our online registration website. Select the "Welcome" tab for step-by-step instructions to creating an account. Online payments can be processed with a Visa or Mastercard.
Registration and Payment Basics
- Fees must be paid in full at time of registration
- We accept check, Visa, or MasterCard
- In-person registrations can be made at Rockingham Recreation Center (1 Rockingham Park Way, Penn Laird) Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Late Registrations
Late Fees may apply to any activity or trip when accepting registrations after the deadline.
Refund Policy
CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITY BY THE DEPARTMENT-Persons registered for a program which is cancelled by the department shall receive a full refund or credit for a future program, whichever the registrant prefers.
CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITY BY PARTICIPANT-Persons cancelling their registration prior to the registration deadline shall receive a full refund. No refunds will be given and all jersey/shirt orders are final following the registration deadline.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing and to receive refund checks.
