Statements for 2025 Rockingham County Real Estate Tax, Personal Property Tax and Stormwater Fee have been mailed. Please notify this office immediately if you did not receive a notice. Failure to receive a notice does not relieve you of paying the taxes/fees nor the penalty and interest, if not paid by the deadline.

PAYMENTS DUE ON OR BEFORE
DECEMBER 5, 2025
Failure to pay taxes/fees by the December 5 deadline will have a penalty of 10% added to the amount due plus interest at a rate of 10% per annum will be charged.
