The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to request formal competitive sealed bids through the Invitation to Bid process to establish a contract for the purchase of eleven (11) vehicles for Rockingham County. Ford vehicles are specked in the scope below, however, we will accept bids across all brands, with like vehicles.
