In the event of the predicted inclement weather on Monday, February 1, 2021, and the Rockingham County Circuit Court is closed or delayed, WE WILL STILL PROCEED with the Motions Day docket for the call-in appearances via the tele-conferencing system as per usual. The in-person cases will be continued if the court is closed on February 1, 2021.
