Supervisor Kyger represents District 4, which includes the towns of Bridgewater, Mount Crawford, Dayton, Silver Lake, and the community of Montezuma.  He began serving on the Board of Supervisors in 1988 and his current term expires on December 31, 2011.  Mr. Kyger has served as Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors.
