Supervisor Eberly represents District 2, which includes the communities of Singers Glen, Edom, Melrose, Mt. Clinton, and Ottobine. He began serving on the Board of Supervisors on January 1, 2008, and his term expires on December 31, 2011.  Mr. Eberly has served as Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors.

Mr. Eberly served on the County School Board from 1987 to 1995, serving twice as Chairman and on the County Planning Comission from 2004 to 2007.  He is an active member of the Rockingham Rotary Club and Linville-Edom Ruritan Club.

Supervisor Eberly is Partner, President, and General Manager of Excel Steel Works, Inc.
