The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) consists of five members. The quasi-judicial body appointed by the Circuit Court hears requests by the public for variances and appeals to zoning decisions when unusual circumstances exist. Members of the BZA are appointed for a five-year term and can serve 2 consecutive full terms. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month.
