NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ROCKINGHAM COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
At the regular meeting of the Rockingham County Planning Commission on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 6:30 P.M., in the auditorium of Montevideo Middle School, 7648 McGaheysville Road, Penn Laird, Virginia, a public hearing will be held to receive comments on the following:
ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT
Amendment to Chapter 17 of the Rockingham County Code (Zoning Ordinance). Section 17-6 to define short term rental, and Section 17-64(t) to permit short term rentals in the R-4 zoning District.
