The Rockingham County Treasurer's Office is excited to introduce a new service available to all citizens allowing Utility Bill information to be searched, viewed and payments to be made online. With this service, you can search and pay your Utility Bill 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your credit card or e-check.
Taxpayers can use their Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express cards or use an e-check by entering their bank routing number and account number to have payment automatically withdrawn directly from a bank account for a flat fee. A Convenience Fee of $3.99 will be charged for each transaction and retained by the County's service provider VisualGov in accordance with bank card rules and regulations.
