NOTICE OF PUBLC HEARING
VACATION OF AN UNDEVELOPED ALLEY RUNNING FROM INDIAN TRAIL ROAD (ROUTE 620) TO MISS ELTON LANE, THROUGH THE CENTER OF THE KEEZLETOWN UNITED METHODIST CHURCH

The Rockingham County Board of Supervisors at its Meeting to be held on November 18, 2009 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Rockingham County Administration Center, 20 East Gay Street, Harrisonburg, Virginia will consider for vacation an undeveloped alley running from Indian Trail Road (State Route 620) to Miss Elton Lane (private) and running through the center of the Keezletown United Methodist Church. The first reference to the alley was made in the original deeds to the church, then known as M. E. Church South, at Deed Book 22, page 1 and Deed Book 22, page 360, dated June 5, 1992, and February 5, 1883, respectively.
